General Policies
1. Please note our Inn and premises are smoke-free.
2. Our accommodations are not suitable for children under the age of 12.
3. We cannot accommodate pets.

Reservation Policies

1. Our premises is smoke free. 
 2. Each room accommodates 2 people maximum.
 3. We cannot accommodate children under 12 years old.
 4. We cannot accommodate pets or emotional support animals. Please note: There is a cat on premises.
 5. Check-in is after 3 PM.
 6. Please enjoy the front porch, fire pit and koi pond area. The first and second floors of the house and the back deck are private.
7. No Meals are offered or included. We do not serve breakfast.
Reservation Policies

 1. All rates are per room per night. We cannot accommodate more than two persons per room. 
 2. A state and local tax of 11.7% will be added to your total room rate.
 3. We accept cash and credit cards.
 4. We may charge a one night deposit on your credit card two weeks before arrival with the remainder to be charged on your card on the day of arrival.

 

Cancellation Policies

1. Our cancellation policy requires a fourteen-day notice of your change of plans, or successful rental of your room, for your entire reservation period for deposit to be returned.

2. The cancellation fee is $25.00.
